A three story office building with open atrium was built near the river in downtown Waterloo, Iowa.

The facility utilizes a high performance glazing system which reduces the required size of the HVAC system.  Generous areas of open office system and a cellular floor deck system for power, communications and data provide for very flexible planning.

Design consists of both open office and individual offices, conference rooms, computer main frame room and related support spaces.
