Various Locations We have assisted numerous communities in the development of a Master Plan that provides a full continuum of care, as needed by the specific community. One example is the South Campus Master Plan of the Western Homes Communities in Cedar Falls. It includes independent living (congregate or duplex and four-plex), assisted living, and skilled nursing care (both memory support and rehabilitation). The ambitious Western Homes Communities plan even includes an expansive complex, The Jorgensen Plaza (see below), that provides extensive wellness and recreation facilities for the whole community. However, we know that each community is unique and senior living options are an ever growing need.
