VGM Child Care Center

VGM leveraged a Future Ready Iowa grant to repurpose an underutilized, ground floor office suite into a daycare space to serve more than 66 children of their employees.

Working with Cardinal Construction the project was brought in on time and with minimal cost changes aside from the owner's option to significantly upgrade the new playground.
