The owner and their contractor approached Align Architecture & Planning to provide a more cost-effective scheme for a new building. Despite the need for a quick turnaround time, we delivered a design for an interesting and vibrant structure that was substantially below the construction cost estimate for a competing alternative proposal.

One of the unique challenges was to seamlessly incorporate two separate but associated businesses in adjoining spaces. The resulting structure met the distinct needs of both tenants while presenting a harmonious space to clients and the public.
