Spring of 2020, a new apartment building for Waverly Senior Housing was completed north of the public library in Waverly. This facility provides 15 units from 600 to 900 square feet with single and double bedroom options.
Waverly Senior Housing manages Waverly Manor and several other buildings on its campus. This city-affiliated entity provides low-income housing options for retirement age individuals.
