The project involved an Art Deco Restoration of a former jewelry Store. The iconic rotating neon sign was restored and repurposed for a new cafe. Two apartments were developed on the second floor.

​In 2016 and 2017 further enhancements were made to the kitchen and to add more outdoor seating.
​
The project received Secretary of Interior Standards Historic Tax Credits.
