A two story, twenty-one apartment Independent Living Center was constructed on the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home campus.

The facility comprises of one, two, and two bedroom plus den apartments that were customized to meet each resident’s personal needs and taste.  Project includes common space and underground parking garage.
