The project consisted of the adaptation of the Department of Public Works Vehicle Storage Facility into a new recycling center to serve the community.

A large canopy sets the tone for the entire project while providing a protective covering for dropping off materials. Recycling bin chutes, openings and enclosure were also incorporated into the project.
