The South branch of Independence BankIowa displays a Prairie style exterior.  The theme is continued in the interior with warm wood trim and a welcoming fireplace in the lobby.

The BankIowa branch located on Kimball Avenue in Waterloo has a rich interior with contemporary flair.

A renovation was done on this downtown linear historic storefront. The 1600 sf interior houses two walk-up teller stations and insurance offices. ​The insurance offices have since moved to the Kimball Avenue site and the offices service BankIowa.
