VGM Daycare

Supported by a Future Ready Iowa Grant, Align is helping VGM add a major employee amenity to their Waterloo campus.  Repurposing one of their existing office suites, the plan is to replace cubicles with daycare space for 66 children.  With 33% of Iowa child care centers closing over the last 5 years, finding care for your children has become a major undertaking.  In an effort to maintain and attract staff, VGM is lending a helping hand to ease this burden.
