A new manufacturing and office facility was designed for a progressive minded company providing specialized heat treating of metals for the manufacturing industry.

The project recycles hot water from the metal treating processes for heating and cooling the facility through the use of heat pumps.

The exterior character of the facility utilizes traditional material while providing the progressive high-tech image the owner desires.
